Hiram 40 Masonic Lodge to Take Children From The Masonic Home for Children to the Hurricanes Game On December 23rd
Hiram 40 is pleased to take a group of children from the Masonic Home for Children to the Carolina Hurricanes game on December 23rd in Raleigh. “We love to take the kids to sporting events and they really love going,” says Chuck Rouse of Hiram 40. Recently, Hiram 40 Lodge took a large group of children to a Carolina Mudcats baseball game that went into several overtime innings. But according to Chuck Rouse of Hiram 40 “the kids outlasted the adults and hung in until the end of the game.”
Hiram 40 is looking forward to treating some of the Children to a Hurricanes game. Thanks to General Parts Incorporated (also known as CARQUEST) which is donating its box seats for the evening, and to Eric Staal, Assistant Captain and Center for the Carolina Hurricanes whom is also donating his box seats for the event. “The Hurricanes are playing the Montreal Canadiens and we hope that they will win for the kids” says Chuck Rouse,”we also will have some special events planned for the kids and a visit from Stormy, the Hurricanes team mascot.”
